Aaron Juckett is the President and founder of ESOP Partners, an ESOP consulting and administration firm that provides an ESOP expert as a point of contact throughout the lifecycle of the ESOP. Aaron is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than 13 years of experience in the ESOP industry. He has provided implementation and ongoing administration and consulting services to hundreds of ESOP companies, developed ESOP information systems, and audited qualified retirement plans. Prior to founding ESOP Partners, he was a shareholder of BCI Group, a nationally recognized ESOP consulting and administration firm, and a manager of the Principal Financial Group ESOP department. Aaron is also a Certified Pension Consultant (CPC), Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA).
Aaron is a member of The ESOP Association (TEA) and the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) and is a frequent speaker on a variety of ESOP topics. His involvement in the ESOP Association includes serving as a Chapter Officer for the Wisconsin Chapter and membership in the Ownership Culture Committee. He is also the author of The One-Stop ESOP Blog (www.onestopesopblog.com), a blog dedicated to providing ESOP companies and professionals with a single location on the Web to find all of their ESOP information.

Kevin Rusch is a Director with ESOP Partners, an ESOP consulting and administration firm that provides an ESOP expert as a point of contact throughout the lifecycle of the ESOP. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) that has been in the retirement benefit industry since 1995. His areas of expertise are ESOP and 401(k) administration, including IRC/ERISA compliance, repurchase liability studies, trust accounting, government reporting, and benefit payments from retirement plans. Prior to joining ESOP Partners, Kevin was a shareholder of BCI Group and a manager with the Principal Financial Group ESOP department.
Kevin serves as the ESOP subject matter expert (SME) on the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) Education and Examination Committee and is a member of The ESOP Association’s Administration Advisory Committee. He is a Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and has presented on numerous ESOP topics at conferences sponsored by The ESOP Association (TEA) and the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO).

Jeff Kruse is a consultant with ESOP Partners, an ESOP consulting and administration firm that provides an ESOP expert as a point of contact throughout the lifecycle of the ESOP. Jeff has over 12 years of experience developing private and public sector information systems, including 8 years developing ESOP information systems. He previously worked for BCI Group, a nationally recognized ESOP consulting and administration firm, the Principal Financial Group ESOP department, J.J. Keller, and U.S. Oil Co. Jeff currently serves on the Board of Directors for the local chapter of the Microsoft .NET User Group and regularly speaks on technology-related topics.
