Kevin Rusch is a Director with ESOP Partners (formerly ESOP Insourcing), an ESOP consulting and administration firm that provides an ESOP expert as a point of contact throughout the lifecycle of the ESOP. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) that has been in the retirement benefit industry since 1995. His areas of expertise are ESOP and 401(k) administration, including IRC/ERISA compliance, repurchase liability studies, trust accounting, government reporting, and benefit payments from retirement plans. Prior to joining ESOP Partners, Kevin was a shareholder of BCI Group and a manager with the Principal Financial Group ESOP department.
Kevin serves as the ESOP subject matter expert (SME) on the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) Education and Examination Committee and is a member of The ESOP Association’s Administration Advisory Committee. He is a Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and has presented on numerous ESOP topics at conferences sponsored by The ESOP Association (TEA) and the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO).
