This session will explore how to "future-proof" your ESOP by embracing change, supporting employee wellbeing, and fostering a resilient culture. Participants will learn actionable strategies to navigate industry disruptions, technological advancements, and shifting employee expectations while maintaining a strong ESOP foundation. The session will include interactive discussions on developing adaptable leadership, embracing new work models, and creating policies that empower employee-owners to thrive amid change.

Learning Objectives: 

  • Describe key traits of resilient workforces: List essential characteristics of resilient employee-owners in ESOPs and demonstrate strategies to cultivate adaptability and perseverance within your organization over the next six months.
  • Implement change management strategies: Identify and apply specific approaches for ESOP companies to proactively navigate disruptions, such as remote work trends, technology shifts, and evolving employee needs, within the first 90 days.
  • Develop policies for employee Wellbeing: Design and implement policies that enhance psychological safety, ensure a supportive work environment, and empower employee-owners to thrive during periods of change within a three-month timeframe.
