ESOP Partners will be attending the Heart of America (HOA) Chapter Annual Spring Seminars:
- St. Louis Seminar – April 15, 2015, at the Missouri Athletic Club West in Town & Country, Missouri
- Kansas City Seminar – April 16, 2015, at the Commerce Trust Building in Kansas City, Missouri
The St. Louis Seminar will feature a presentation by ESOP Association President J. Michael Keeling titled “The Senate Tax Committee Begins Major Tax Reform Process – Do We Care? You Betcha!”.
Presentations on “Real World Issues for Mature ESOPs” and “The GreatBanc/DOL Settlement: What Should You Know?” will be given at both the St. Louis and the Kansas City Seminar.
Both Seminars will also provide attendees with valuable opportunities to share their ideas and network with other ESOP companies, and to talk one-on-one with ESOP professionals about their ESOP questions and concerns.
Vicki Graft, Senior ESOP Consultant with ESOP Partners, will be attending each Seminar. Vicki is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) and Qualified Plan Administrator (QPA), with more than 18 years of ESOP and ERISA experience. ESOP Partners is an ESOP consulting and administration firm providing an ESOP expert as a point of contact throughout the lifecycle of the ESOP.
