ESOP Partners is proud to be a Premier Sponsor and speaker at NCEO's 2020 Virtual Annual Conference being held April 20-22.  

Hosted by the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), this conference provides an educational experience that will allow attendees to learn technical skills, create new ideas in expert-led sessions, and learn from peers through our extensive networking opportunities.  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the NCEO has adapted some conference sessions to deliver two full days of ESOP education, engagement, and community-building.

Mike is a senior ESOP administrator with ESOP Partners, an ESOP consulting and administration firm that provides an ESOP expert as a point of contact throughout the lifecycle of the ESOP. Mike has more than 15 years of experience in ESOP plan administration, wealth management, and accounting client services. Before joining ESOP Partners, Mike worked for Principal Financial Group and BCI Group (before being acquired by Principal Financial Group) as an ESOP Administrator.

Melanie is the marketing team leader at ESOP Partners. She is responsible for supporting the company’s strategic goals and mission of "changing lives through employee ownership" through the development and execution of internal and external marketing communications programs and campaigns.

Jason is the ownership culture director with ESOP Partners. Jason helps ESOP companies by developing a comprehensive Ownership Culture through proactive educational resources for all participants to improve their understanding of ESOPs' unique benefits. He is a Chair and member of the ESOP Association Advisory Committee on Ownership Culture and Communications, Vice President of Membership for The ESOP Association's Wisconsin Chapter and of the Minnesota & Dakotas ESOP Chapter Membership Committee.
